Building and Cleaning Teams
Behind every successful project at Fox Group is a dedicated team of maintenance and cleaning professionals who take real pride in their work. Our people are as varied as the jobs we take on — a mix of passionate, green-fingered gardeners, keen footballers, avid readers, skilled DIYers, friendly socialites, and even one bilingual team member.
Different personalities, same goal — to do a good job and take satisfaction in a day’s work well done. There’s a shared culture of kindness and high standards, not just in the work we deliver, but in how we treat one another. It’s that attitude and mutual respect that make our team what it is.
Cleaning Operations & HR Manager
Nikita leads our cleaning operations and HR with energy, precision, and genuine team spirit. Known for her ability to schedule even the most complex diaries with her eyes closed, she keeps both our cleaning teams and the office running seamlessly.
Never afraid to muck in, Nikita sets the standard for quality on every clean. Alongside her hands-on leadership, she has completed courses in psychology and counselling, skills that complement her natural ability to support and understand people. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, socialising with friends, and still finds time for her passion for nails, having successfully run her own nail business alongside her career.
Maintenance Operations Manager
Jessica joined Fox Group as our very first administrative recruit and has grown with the business ever since. Now our Maintenance Operations Manager, she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
With a passion for scheduling, organisation, and maintaining order, Jessica ensures that every job and every team member is in the right place at the right time. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency make her an invaluable part of the Fox Group team.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at the local park or getting lost in the worlds she creates while writing her own fictional books.
Our Directors
Christian and Kate founded Fox in 2017. What started with Christian working alone with a broom and shovel in hand, sweeping out bin stores, has grown under their joint leadership into the broad service offering of holistic building services.
Together, they combine hands-on experience with a clear vision for professionalism, reliability, and steady growth, shaping Fox Group into the business it is today.
When not deep into work, Christian and Kate’s time is happily filled by their two daughters and their dog, Milo. The family can usually be found out walking in the countryside, or, when the parents find a bit of space — in the gym.
